WALL PANELS : Side wall panels are made of ACCUCEL sandwich panel 45mm thick made of ACCUCEL Solid PVC foam profile section cladding on outer side having 100mm wide tongue & groove design with 4mm thickness with 12mm thick ribs fixed to tubular frames (20x20) structures and 3mm thick smooth compact laminate on the inner side. EPS sheet is provided for insulation. Wall panels are joined together with M.S. Frame structure at base and vertical columns at ends & center.

ROOFING: Roof panels are made of ACCUCEL solid rigid PVC foam profile FP 10012 having half parabolic slope to drain off rainwater. Wall panels are assembled with interlocking pipe structure connecting the base frame and trusses and corner columns giving rigidity to the prefabricated structure.

FLOORING: Flooring is made from 15mm thk. Plastic sheet mounted on structural frame.
