We fabricates these Wall panels by packing a solid PVC foam of 45mm thick section, cladding outside 100 mm wide tongue, grooves with 4mm thickness with fixed ribs of 12mm to tubular frame structure. We also laminate on inner section and insulation of EPS is provided. These panels are combined together with M.S. Frame structure at the bottom and as well as ends & center by vertical columns.
